Stuart C. Morgan

Stu is a litigation attorney with substantial experience in trust and estate litigation, commercial litigation, wrongful death and serious personal injury matters.  His trust and estate litigation practice includes representing corporate trustees, individual trustees, personal representatives and beneficiaries in disputes involving breaches of fiduciary duty, dissipation of trust or estate assets, and claims of lack of testamentary capacity, undue influence and fraud.  His commercial litigation practice includes representing employers and employees with respect to litigated employment disputes including non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and disputes involving implementation of commercial contracts.  Prior to co-founding Ledger Square Law, Stu was a partner with Eisenhower & Carlson, PLLC.
