Clay Selby is a litigation attorney with substantial experience handling commercial, tort, and employment matters. Clay represents businesses and individuals on issues ranging from contract and lease disputes to enforcement of noncompetition clauses, and defense of retaliation and wrongful termination claims. Additionally, Clay assists clients with business formation, transactions, and policy formation. Prior to co-founding Ledger Square Law, Clay was a partner with Eisenhower & Carlson, PLLC. Between 1996 and 2003, Clay served as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Pierce County for seven years, during which time he tried more than 50 criminal cases to verdict.
